Zoe started swimming lessons today - one day before she turns 9 months old. Where has the time gone? She is now crawling around, though she still reverts to army crawling when she wants to go someplace in a hurry.
She is also eating yogurt, zucchini, carrots and various chunks of food from Mommy's plate all from the comfort of her highchair. She still hates peas and peppers. To aid her in devouring these tasty morsels she has her top two front teeth which appeared on her 8 month birthday.
She also has developed a repertoire of hilarious faces, including:
'That is hilaaaaaaaaaaarious' |
'OOOOOH' |
'What is this rubbish you are feeding me' |
We had a lovely, though frigid Mother's Day. We went for a hike at Lake Minnewaska. It was near freezing so the hike was short but sweet and we enjoyed a long visit at the nearby farm markets.
Father's Day was very nice and relaxing. Ari got a mini grill which we have used on the building deck with delicious success. Zoe got a special shirt for the occasion stating how much she adores her Daddy. We made some breakfast, enjoyed a delicious lunch at Parlor and finished it all off with a relaxing afternoon.
